Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

Delivery

Once shipped, please allow approximately 4-6 business days for delivery within the United States, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Tryfets relies on third-party carriers for delivery and is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping of Gifts

If you have indicated that your order is a gift, we will endeavor to get it delivered as soon as possible, as we process gift orders within 24 hours of receipt. Delivery times can occasionally take slightly longer than expected.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at woof@tryfets.com with your order number and photos of the issue, so we can make it right at no cost to you.
